{"id":2909,"date":"2022-11-03T10:17:05","date_gmt":"2022-11-03T10:17:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.iristrace.com\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=2909"},"modified":"2022-11-03T10:22:46","modified_gmt":"2022-11-03T10:22:46","password":"","slug":"como-gestionar-las-incidencias-registradas-en-iristrace","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/help.iristrace.com\/es\/docs\/como-gestionar-las-incidencias-registradas-en-iristrace\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3mo gestionar las incidencias registradas en Iristrace"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Descubre la mejor manera de gestionar tus incidencias en Iristrace; su revisi\u00f3n, tratamiento y puesta en marcha de planes de acci\u00f3n para resolverlas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Iristrace puedes registrar incidencias asociadas a las respuestas de los checklists de manera que puedes identificar f\u00e1cilmente errores o anomal\u00edas que hay que resolver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema dispone de una gesti\u00f3n espec\u00edfica para estas incidencias de forma que puedes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Filtrar los checklists con incidencias<\/li><li>Extraer un listado espec\u00edfico de incidencias<\/li><li>Consultar y resolver las incidencias de cada checklist<\/li><li>Abrir un plan de acci\u00f3n para iniciar acciones correctivas asociadas a una incidencia<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Consultar y resolver las incidencias del checklist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.1.
