Discover the quickest and easiest way to create an action plan during the process of completing a checklist. Be sure to communicate and implement a solution to the problem encountered.
Use action plans to notify the responsible person that there are outstanding items to be resolved related to any of the questions on a checklist you are completing.
1. Create an action plan from the checklist by clicking on the corresponding option. #
As you are answering a checklist in Iristrace, an issue arises and you can create an action plan directly in the question, which is associated with the checklist.
To do so, simply click on the create an action plan icon at the bottom of the corresponding question.
2. Fill in the information needed to create the action plan. #
In order to launch the action plan, it is necessary to record certain information beforehand.
Title #
A title that can identify our plan of action.
Description #
A description that helps to describe what has happened.
Template #
Action plan template(which must exist previously) to be used.
User #
Person/user to whom it is assigned for resolution.
Planning date #
A planning date for the new action plan.
Expiration date #
It is optional, but setting a due date provides the opportunity to monitor what action plans are being carried out, what status they are in, and most importantly, whether or not they are resolved on time.
IMPORTANT #
Currently, it is not possible to create action plans when you are working in offline mode.
