Amongst the improvements are reduced wasted spaces, a clearer and more customisable image display, a redesign in the presentation of the questions, and compatibility with new parameters.

Step-by-step Guide for exporting a new Word report #
1. Checklist List: First, go to the checklist list and click on the checklist you want to export.
2. Options for Exporting Reports: Once in the Data tab of the selected checklist, you can export a report in two ways: by clicking on the ‘Report’ tab in the menu or by pressing the blue ‘Report’ button. Both options will take you to the next step.
3. Report Format Selection: Select Word as the report type.
4. Customizing the Report: After selecting the report type, you can customize the report by clicking on the ‘Customize Report’ button. Here you will find various options to enable such as covers, headers, footers, logos, disclaimers, print date, confidentiality notes, question descriptions, answer comments, questions with issues only, images, annexes, checklist activity, issues summary, unanswered questions, and many more.
5. Report Export: Finally, to export the report, press the ‘Export Report (new format)’ button.
You will see a notification indicating that the process has been completed successfully.
6. Downloading the Report: To download the report, go to the notification tab by clicking on the bell-shaped button in the top right corner, and press the ‘Download report’ button.
Select the notification of the report you have just exported.
Finally, press the ‘Download report’ button.
