Select your checklists, choose the format, download and send your reports easily in Iristrace.
Within your Iristrace tool, you can download reports for each of the checklists you’ve created, and you can download reports in a variety of formats based on your needs.
Navigate to the “Checklists” section. #
To download your report, you have to go to the “Checklists” section.
You have two ways to generate the report depending on your preference:
- From the list of checklists (Checklists section), with the possibility of downloading multiple checklist reports.
- From the screen where the Checklist detail is displayed (single checklist report)
2. From the checklist detail screen #
2.1. Select the checklist to generate the report #
If you only want to download the report of a single checklist, access its details by clicking on its record in the list shown in the Checklists section.
2.2. Go to the “Data” subsection and click on the “Report” button. #
Once inside the detail of the checklist, go to the “Data” tab. In the right sidebar you will find the “Report” tab.
2.3. Select the report format #
When you click the “Report” button, the following options will appear:
PDF #
By expanding this option you can find 5 different ways to download the report.
In addition, from the “Customize report” tab you can choose which custom data you want to appear in each of them individually.
Word #
From this option you will have the same data as if you download it in PDF. The difference is that you will be able to download it in a file format that you can easily edit.
Excel #
With this option you can download the checklist in excel format, with the same format in which the template is configured.
Excel (comparison table) #
If you choose this type of report, a dropdown will appear where you can choose up to 8 different ways to download it.
This option is ideal if you want to make a comparison between more than one checklist, being able to choose: date range, file type (comparative or for analysis), assigned departments, report format (xls or cvs) and the status of the checklists to download.
2.4. Download the report #
Once you have chosen the format of the report to generate, you can send it to an external person or download it.
If you decide to download the report you will have to select the “Export” option.
The following floating message will automatically appear at the top right.
You will know that the report is ready when the bell symbol and the following notification appear.
2.5. Send the report by email #
Once you have chosen the format of the report to generate, you can send it to an external person or export it.
If you want to send it to an external person, you will have to click on “Send” and the following screen will appear.
In order to send it, you will only have to fill in the information requested on the screen. Once you have finished, click on “Send” again.
REMEMBER #
Depending on the content of the report, it will take a few more minutes to upload all the information before notifying you that the report has been generated.
3. From the list of checklists in the section “Checklists”. #
3.1. Select checklists #
If you want to download a report with one or more checklists as a reference, you can select them from the “Checklist” section while viewing the record of all the checklists that have been created, by checking the checkbox indicated.
3.2. Select the report format #
Once you have selected the checklists, you will see that, depending on how many have been selected, you will have the following options.
WARNING #
- These three options will only appear when only one checklist is selected.
- If you select more than one checklist, only the PDF option will be enabled.
3.3. Select the format of the PDF file to generate #
Once you choose one of the options, the following message will appear and we will return to the point of generating the report.
