Organize your information efficiently through sub-departments that are linked to a parent department.
Within a department, you can create different sub-departments, i.e. create sub-folders where you can store checklists just like in a main department.
For example, if our business were a supermarket chain, the main departments would be the different points of sale, and the sub-departments, the sections into which each supermarket is divided (food, fresh products, electrical appliances, textiles…).
1. Go to the “Departments” section and create a new one. #
To create a subdepartment, we will perform the same steps as to create the main department, the only difference is that within the tab ‘data’ of the department, in the upper right margin we will have to open the drop-down menu and indicate which will be the main department.
2. Select the parent department #
When you associate department to subdepartment correctly it will appear in the title following the terminology Department / Subdepartment as indicated in the following image.

3. Visualize your new sub-department #
In the department view, you will be able to open the dropdown from the arrow before the name and see its sub-departments like this:
