Streamline the management of your incident resolution by configuring action plans that you can incorporate into your processes.
First step to be able to use the action plans in Iristrace, is to define the template that will be used when you need to create a new action plan. It will be a template to be used exclusively for this task, so it must be short, simple and quick to fill in.
You can create as many action plan templates as you need, different for each case or department.
1. Create a new template #
To do this, we will proceed to create a template, and we will check the specific option of Action Plan.
2. Check the option “Template for action plan”. #
Select the option at the bottom of the “Data” section in the “Action Plan Template” template creation.
3. Configure the template questions #
The content of this action plan can contain everything we need: text questions to describe the situation and the solution, numerical questions to enter values after the solution of the incident, ‘smileys’ questions to evaluate the satisfaction of the solution, simple / multiple questions to choose between different options for the result…
4. Find your action plan templates #
You can find all your action plan templates in the templates tab, filtering by ‘Action plans only’:
