Iristrace allows you to create templates and then convert them into checklists generating a base of questions that you can adapt for each of your departments.
1. Click on the “Create template” button in the “Templates” section. #
To create a new template you must go to the “Templates” section and click on the “Create Template” button.
2. Enter a name and select the group of states #
Enter a name for the template, which you can then use to select it in Iristrace’s filters.
Next, select the state group for the flow you want your template activity to follow.
If you need a new group of states, you can create as many as you need..
Once the template is created, you can start adding categories and questions.
3. Create categories #
Start by creating a category or section to be able to shape the template.
You can choose from which checklist status you want that category to appear in the checklist.

4. Create questions #
Then add questions under this section by clicking the (+) button, so that they are nested within the category.

If you have created a question that is not nested in the category (you can see this because the question number is not 1.1, for example, and it is only 1. left cross arrowand dragging to the right within the category, you will see how it is nested.
