Bulk download the incidents recorded in your checklists in Excel format.
In addition to being able to generate checklist reports in PDF, Word and Excel format, there is the possibility of downloading a generic excel of the incidences of all the selected checklists.
This Excel file offers the possibility of massively displaying the incidents recorded in your checklists.
1. Select checklists #
In the “Checklist” tab you will have to select those checklists that you want to appear in the Excel report of incidences.
2. Click on the download button of the incidents Excel file. #
Once you have selected the checklists, you will have to click on “Incidents”. An excel file is automatically downloaded with the result obtained.
Within the excel you will find detailed information about the checklists you have chosen, as well as the date they were created, which department they belong to, etc.
This excel allows you to know how many incidents are registered, how many are pending and which are reviewed.
