Discover the best way to manage your incidents in Iristrace; their review, treatment and implementation of action plans to resolve them.
In Iristrace you can record issues associated with checklist responses so that you can easily identify errors or anomalies that need to be resolved.
The system has a specific management for these incidents so that you can:
- Filter checklists with incidents
- Extract a specific list of incidents
- Consult and resolve the incidences of each checklist.
- Open an action plan to initiate corrective actions associated with an issue
1. Filtering checklists with events #
First of all, you can filter only the checklists with incidents.
To do this, select the following button at the bottom of the column with the filter fields in the “Checklists” tab:
In this way, only the checklists that have an incident recorded will be displayed:
Remember that you can save the search criteria applied to reuse it in future searches by simply clicking on the “Save search” button.
2. Extract list of incidences #
Additionally, you will be able to download a list in Excel format with the incidents recorded from the checklists filtered according to the criteria established in the Checklists tab.
Once you have set the filtering criteria in the left column, click on the “Issues” button to download it.
The Excel file will be downloaded to your device and you will be able to consult the details of each incident (1 row for each incident) and its revision status:
- Pending
- Revised
- Modified
3. Consult and resolve the incidences of the checklist. #
3.1. Access to checklist incidents #
To access the details of the checklist issues you can access directly by clicking on the issue icon (the one accompanied by the number of issues of that checklist) in the checklist list.
You can also access the “Incidents” subsection when you are in the checklist detail:
3.2. Incident filtering #
Once in this screen you will be able to filter the incidences of the checklist by different criteria:
- Ask
- User
- Dates
- Incident status
3.3. Download list of incidents #
You can download an Excel file with the details of the checklist incidents for your management by clicking on the “Download Excel” button.
3.4. Update status of the incident #
To access the detail of the incident you must click on the icon that displays its detail as shown in the image.
From here you will be able to mark the incident as reviewed once it has been attended, keeping a record of the user and the time stamp in which the action was performed.
3.5. Adding comments, images or files to the request #
Additionally, it is possible to add comments, images or files to the question affected by the issue by clicking on the different buttons with the corresponding icons as shown in the image.
4. Create an action plan related to an issue #
Finally, it is possible to generate an action plan in case you want to carry out any activity derived from the resolution of the incident.
You can launch the action plan from the corresponding button at the top right, as shown in the image.
