Find out how to resolve certain text mismatches in Iristrace when you use Chrome as your browser and have translation enabled for the Iristrace website.
Having the Google Chrome translator extension enabled causes the web version of Iristrace to change the words and numbers in the tool.
Errors caused #
Some of the examples that may occur are:
- When you want to select a specific date, the numbers change to letters.
- Change the tab names.
- The text appears too narrow and the days are outside the calendar range.
Iristrace has no control over this Chrome extension but we have a solution to prevent this from happening.
How to solve them #
The process to follow is:
- Click on the extension icon.
- Select the three dots to open the selection tab.
- Once opened, select “Never translate this website”.
This process does not imply that it cannot be used for other pages, but when referred to Iristrace, never translate the website.
It’s a simple and quick way to solve the problem so that you can continue to use the tool properly.
