Build a dynamic title for each of your checklists so that you can easily identify them and speed up your management.
1. Activate the “Dynamic title” option in your template. #
Within the template, go to the “Customization” tab, and select the “Dynamic Title” option.
Click on the checkbox “Enable dynamic title”.
2. Set up the title template #
You can configure different values that will make up the title of the checklist when it is generated:
- Template prefix
- Separator between questions
- Separador entre pregunta y respuesta
- Selector of whether it shows question
- Selector of whether to show answer
3. Select the questions and answers to be included. #
Click on the button “Go to questions” and you will access the list of questions and answers of your template.
Go to the question you want to add to the checklist title and click on the edit icon (the pencil).
3.1. Includes the text of a question #
Select the “Rename checklist” option and enter the text that you want to appear in the name.
If you do not fill in the enabled field on the left, the text that will appear in the name of the checklist will be the original text of the question.
3.2. Includes the text of a response #
Select the “Visible” option for those answers you want to include and indicate the text you want to appear in the name.
If you do not fill in the enabled field on the left, the text that will appear in the name of the checklist will be the original text of the answer.
You can include several questions and answers in the name of the checklist, although you must take into account the total length of the added texts so as not to generate an excessively long name that is not operative.
