Find out how to resolve the most common performance or stability issues we’ve found with our Iristrace web application.
If you detect these errors, please follow a few simple steps to restabilize the performance of the platform.
1. Check your computer’s connectivity #
First, check your computer’s connectivity by checking the enabled connections, and performing an internet speed test using an internet tool.
2. Clear browser cache #
Clear the cache of the browser with which you are running the application, and reconnect to Iristrace, i.e. log out and log in again with our username and password.
