Manage the permissions of your users in a personalized way to adapt them to your corporate processes.
When a user is created, they are assigned basic permissions according to the role that has been applied to them (Administrator, Controller or Inspector).
In Iristrace there is the possibility to manage custom permissions according to the needs and requirements of each user.
1. go to the user settings #
In the “Users” section, access the user to whom you want to customize the permissions, getting to see the file with the data that was specified when it was created.
2. Go to the “Permissions” tab. #
Next, you have to click on the “Permissions” tab.
3. Edit permissions #
Once inside, you will find the settings to edit general and state permissions as desired.
To finalize the configuration of the custom permissions you have to click on “Save“.
ATTENTION #
From this section you can also change the user’s role, but you have to take into account that if you have previously made changes in the permissions, the following message will appear.
