Reading of carras code and QR codes #
For text type questions, it is possible to scan from the mobile terminal itself any barcode or QR code so that the information represented is stored as an answer.
Comment #
When answering the checklist, you will be able to add any comments to the answer.
Taking photographs #
You can attach a photograph to the question, either taken from the camera of your terminal at that very moment, or upload an image stored on your device.
Attach document #
You can add any Word, Excel or PDF document to the answer. The maximum file size you can attach is 10MB.
Simply click on the icon of the clip to attach the file that is on your device.
This document will be associated with the department, and will be accessible from its “Documents” tab.
Immediate alert #
You can indicate an immediate alert by answering the checklist by clicking on the icon.
