Go deeper with more complementary options for your template questions, such as generating incidences, assigning weights and obligations, among others.
Each answer has the option to display a default alert if it is answered and to have an individual rating that counts towards the total of the checklist and the partial rating per category, if configured.
1. Alert #
If the user selects that answer, an incident will automatically be created in the checklist that will appear in the ‘Alerts’ section and you will be able to follow it up. In addition, such alerts can be part of a workflow rule and have a consequence.
2. Valuations #
You can give a weight to the question and at the end of the section, get an average or total rating.
- Yes: 1 point.
- No: 0 points; additionally this response will be identified as an incident/alert.
- N/A: no score, which indicates that if we answer N/A the answer will not be counted in the total number of scores.
3. All of the above answers are… #
In the multi-answer questions, you can choose if you want to select one of the options to deselect the previous ones as a question containing “all the previous answers are correct/incorrect”.
4. Obligations at the end of the checklist #
We can configure several obligations that must be fulfilled to allow the completion of the checklist, which have to do with:
- It is necessary to answer this question to finish the checklist: By checking this option, you force the user to answer that question in order to finish the checklist.
- It is necessary to add a picture to this question to finish the checklist: By checking this option, you force the user to upload a photo or image that question in order to finalize the checklist.
- It is necessary to add a comment to this question to finish the checklist: By checking this option, you force the user to add a comment to the question in order to finalize the checklist.
All these options are independent of each other and can be selected together or separately.
