Changing profile image and details #
To customize your user profile on IRISTRACE, you must access the ‘Settings’ section from the main menu of the application. Then, go to ‘Profile’.
On this screen, you can upload a photograph for your avatar, and customize your first and last names.
Important!: All fields and images are saved automatically. The changes applied take effect immediately.
Updating credentials and contact info #
To update information about your user account (email and password), you must go to the ‘Settings’ section from the main menu of the application. Then, access ‘Account’.
Here you can update your email address and password. To change the password, you must first enter your current password. Next, type your password AGAIN to confirm the change. Finally, click on ‘Change Password’.
Country and language #
To update data about your country, language, time zone, or date format, you need to go to the main menu of the application and head to the ‘Settings’ section. Next, access ‘Account’. Here you will find different customizable items:
Country: Choose the country where you will use IRISTRACE. Language: Choose the language of the application. The available languages are:
- Spanish
- English
- Dutch
- German
- Catalan
- French
Time Zone: Choose the time zone where you will use IRISTRACE. Calendar: You can select the date display format for the entire application. The available formats are:
- DD/MM/YYYY: Date in Day/Month/Year format (16-12-2025)
- MM/DD/YYYY: Date in Month/Day/Year format (12-16-2025)
Important!: Changing the language only affects the interface language, not the checklists. The language of the checklists depends on the templates.
