Answering a checklist from the Iristrace mobile app is quick and easy, allowing a satisfactory user experience that facilitates the implementation of effective processes for your organization.
There are different possibilities for answering a checklist, which are described below.
1. If the checklist is planned (already created) #
If the checklist is previously planned (already created for a specific date and time), just click on the one you want to answer in the list of checklists displayed on your terminal.
Remember that you can apply filters to select the checklists you want to display on your mobile device.
2. Create new checklist #
If not already created, click on “New checklist” (the central button at the bottom of the app screen – circular button with a central cross).
The process has different steps and the information shown to the user in each of them will depend on the user’s permissions and configuration in Iristrace (mainly assigned department).
2.1. Choose the source template #
Select the template from which you will generate the new checklist.
2.2. Choose the apartment #
Select the department to which the new checklist will be associated.
2.3. Start #
Create the checklist and start the process of answering the checklist questions.
